World Ocean Day on 8th June celebrates our oceans and seas and highlights the importance of the waters that cover 71% of the planet.

Yesterday, a motivated Catena Media team joined over 80 volunteers from 15 IGEN members, related organisations and local volunteers at the iGen Beach Cleanup Malta to support to support World Oceans Day.

Through the day they joined forces to clean Malta's beautiful beaches and seaside.
We wanted to thank IGEN for organising this important event for us and our community in Malta.

Small Actions- Big Effect

Leading scientists have determined that a healthy ocean is a critical part of the solution to the climate and biodiversity crisis. We are all becoming more and

more aware of the damage we are doing to our planet.That is why we want to take advantage of this initiative to encourage all of you to be vigilant and take action all year around.Small daily actions can have a huge impact – it doesn't take much time to remember to rinse a bottle and pop it in the recycling or pick up some trash on the beach. If we all make an effort we can make a big change!
