David McAdam, Winner of the SEO Idol of the year

All at Catena Media are proud of David McAdam, who received the prestigious SEO Idol of the year award last night during the IGaming Idol ceremony held at the Xara Lodge in Rabat, Malta.

The iGaming Idol awards are not like other awards.  Employers and employees have the opportunity to nominate their colleagues directly for individual awards. Being recognised by peers is an extraordinary moment for any professional. David said, “being nominated by my colleagues and peers felt incredibly special.” He couldn’t thank them enough for their support and the constant encouragement he receives daily, which helps him to grow as an SEO expert.  

Following on from the nominations process, the juries selected ten nominees to interview. The judges looked for individuals who had excelled at understanding their area of expertise and who had added value to their organisation this past year. The winners of each category must also have initiated some improvement within their field and have shown general interest and knowledge of the iGaming industry.

For David, the interview process went smoothly. Facing the judges and answering challenging SEO questions was a gratifying experience. He thanked the iGaming Idol team for their exceptional organisation & communication. When we asked him how he felt a few weeks ago, he stated: ‘Overall, I’m happy to have made it this far. I know I will be in good company with the other finalists, so anything else from here on out would be a bonus!’

Well, winning is a nice kind of bonus!! Well done, David! And thanks IGaming Idol, once again, for organising such a fantastic event.
