The Board of Catena Media PLC herby notifies the shareholders of Catena Media that the planned Extraordinary General Meeting of Catena Media PLC is postponed, therefore the event of 16 November 2016 is cancelled. The reason is that the Company wishes to revise some of the proposed resolutions on the agenda of the EGM. It is the Board's intention to return within short with a new date for an extraordinary general meeting.
