Catena Media plc announces that the number of shares and voting rights in the company has increased by 6,696 due to the exercise of Catena Media’s warrants (CTM TO1) during the ninth warrant exercise period that followed publication of the interim report for the first quarter of 2022.
As announced on 3 June, 6,696 warrants were used to subscribe for the same number of new ordinary shares in Catena Media during the ninth warrant exercise period. The new shares were then registered with the Maltese authorities.
As of today, the last trading day of the month, the number of shares and voting rights in Catena Media has increased from 76,315,268 to 76,321,964 and share capital has risen by EUR 10.04 to EUR 114,482.95.
