The year 2018 is likely to mark the opening of the first new market for online casino and poker in the US in nearly five years, with Pennsylvania on track to launch late 2018. Several other states are preparing legislation to legalize online casino and/or poker. Within the area of Sports betting, the Supreme Court will rule by late June on the question of whether or not states may offer regulated sports betting. Federal law currently blocks all states (except Delaware, Montana, and Nevada) from regulating sports betting.
