In regard to the announced proposition in Norway

Today the Norwegian Storting announced that foreign online gaming operators via IP addresses will be blocked from operating in the Norwegian betting market. Formally, the decision date is set to the 7th of May. The proposition primarily concerns operators and does not affect service providers like Catena Media directly. Catena Media operates on a global market and adjusts its operations according to different legislative changes and conditions per country.

Catena Medias focus has for the past years been on regulated or soon to be regulated markets and therefore Norway has not been a focus market for us.

In the event that the law passes in Norway, our assessment is that it will have an insignificant impact on the future revenues for Catena Media.
