Catena Media wins Employer of Choice award at Employee’s Voice Awards

Catena Media has been selected as one of the winners at Employee’s Voice Awards. Catena Media received an award as an Employer of Choice in the 150+ employee category together with other companies with high employee satisfaction and engagement.

Business Leaders Malta together with market, employee and media research company Esprimi, has identified this year's winners at Employee’s Voice Awards which rewards companies whose employees have a high rate of engagement and satisfaction.

Together with the award, Catena Media also collected an Employer of Choice certificate for 2020. Catena Media also received the same certificate in 2019.

Catena Media’s Chief HR Officer, Fiona Ewins Brown said: “Being recognised as an employer of choice, especially when it is based on feedback from our employees, is significant to us. We recognised some time ago that the best way to attract and retain top talent, which is critical to business success, is to set ourselves apart from other employers as an employer of choice. This award shows we are getting there in Malta.”
