Account manager responsibilities include developing long-term, trusting relationships with our customers together with identifying new opportunities and improving client’s performances. Through creating long-term relations with clients, Account Managers is main point of contact for all clients requests within designated portfolio.


  • As Account Manager you are in charge for certain number of partners (operators) and their main appointed contact for all questions and demands. Your are responsible for reviewing and creating weekly/monthly reports on costs and revenues to ensure the Account Team is tracking and maintaining all the payments, debts and any other relevant cost related issue.


  • Managing our main account partners and assisting the team in making sure that there is an optimal relationship with the partners
  • Actively monitoring and analyzing results in order to improve partner's performances in correspondence with company’s strategy
  • Liaising with sales and marketing or other departments within the group to make sure that all procedures are aligned
  • Negotiating better deals with existing partners whilst actively searching for and reaching out to new ones
  • Create and revise monthly sales reports
  • Actively participating in product improvements with new ideas and revenue models
  • Attending regular weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings within the respective team
  • Attending Affiliate conferences
  • Assisting the team with administration tasks when required

  • Degrees in Business, Marketing, or any other related fields
  • 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing or/and online advertising
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills / multi-tasking ability
  • Self-starter with initiative and motivation to bring improvement
  • Strong customer focus and ability to adapt communication to different cultures
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with MS Office
  • Experience with Salesforce is highly desirable
