As Sales Manager (based in Malta) you will be assisting the Head of Sales with various tasks. The purpose of the role is to help generate revenue with the international portfolio of our comparison websites. Your main objective is to manage existing deals, build long-term relations and continue to improve the deals.

SCOPE OF THE JOB:

  • As Sales Manager you will be assisting the Head of Sales for our financial trading division. The purpose of the role is to support the generation of revenue within our portfolio of websites specialised in financial trading.
  • YOUR CHALLENGE:

  • Increase the number of relevant affiliate/media partnerships
  • Maintain fantastic relationships with your accounts and partners
  • Ensure continuous deal optimisations
  • Optimise the conversion on our website portfolio and on the brands landing pages
  • Create additional revenue by selling media packages
  • Interact with other departments to identify new sales opportunities and maintain the sales related content on our websites
  • Provide in-depth reporting, data quality assurance and data analysis
  • Assure on-time commission payments by the operators
  • Onboard and integrate new partners that fall under and/or relating to the trading vertical
  • Work autonomously to reach predefined targets and to drive and increase revenues
  • Create dedicated campaigns and (long term) sales strategies
  • TO DO IT, YOU WILL NEED:

  • Documented sales success, either working for an Affiliate Company or for an iGaming/Financial Services Operator
  • At least two years of relevant professional experience Accustomed to working with KPIs and ambitious targets
  • Accustomed to working in teams and with external clients
  • English spoken and written (native or bilingual proficiency), other languages such as German, Spanish, Italian, Norwegian and Swedish would be an asset
  • Entrepreneurial creative business skills

  • Ability to deliver quality despite many parallel tasks ongoing
  • High analytical skills with an interest in detailsProficient in MS Office and Google Drive applications
  • High social skills for working in teams and with operators
