As the Senior Sales Manager you will support the Head of BayBets by driving global sales and revenue to reach pre-defined targets set by the business, and will take full ownership of opportunities and projects that need to be driven by the Sales Team. As a senior member of the team, the Senior Account manager is also expected to assist the Head of Baybets Sales with on-boarding, training and development of team members.


  • As our Senior Sales Manager you will act as the operational lead in the Baybets Sales department. You will ensure management of high-value affiliate accounts linked to affiliate channels owned by Catena Media and for building outstanding relationships with commercial partners.

  • Take responsibility of all global operator communications
  • Ensure continuous deal optimisations relating to CPA, Hybrid and revenue share deals to ensure sales and revenue targets for the business are reached
  • Optimise the conversion on our website portfolio and on the brands landing pages
  • Create additional revenue by defining and selling media and exposure packages
  • Interact with other departments to identify new sales opportunities and maintain the sales related content on our websites
  • In-depth reporting, data quality assurance and analysing data
  • Assure on-time commission payments by the operators
  • Take operational day to day lead in the team
  • Assist the Head of Sales with onboarding, training and development of team members
  • Take ownership of pre-defined sales opportunities and projects
  • Deputise for the Head of Sales when needed

  • Documented sales success within the iGaming industry, either working for an Affiliate Company or for an iGaming Operator
  • Accustomed to working with KPIs and ambitious targets
  • Leadership experience
  • English spoken and written fluently
  • Entrepreneurial creative business skills

  • Results-oriented, self-motivated with a high level of ambition
  • Ability to deliver quality despite many parallel tasks ongoing
