We’re looking for an experienced SEO professional with leadership instinct, management experience and extremely strong communication skills to create and drive On-page SEO strategies that will positively impact organic rankings.


  • The SEO On-page Team Lead will be responsible for project managing and prioritising the tasks for the language-based SEO team with the collective aim to help execute the on-page SEO strategy for a number of our brands. Your main focus will be to ensure that team targets, KPIs and objectives are met, whilst internal processes, tools and technologies are constantly improved.

  • Work alongside your SEO colleagues to define on-page requirements, tasks, and resources associated with our brands’ SEO strategies
  • Oversee keyword research, manage keyword rank tracking and reporting to drive the most valuable traffic
  • Deliver internal training to the SEO On page team
  • Communicate and reporting to the team, and management on strategy/project development, timelines, and results
  • Monitor and evaluate Google analytics reports in order to optimize and measure
  • Lead a team of language-specific SEO Specialists on a day to day basis ensuring targets are met and projects are delivered in a timely manner and with good quality output
  • Manage and execute the implementation of the on-page SEO strategy
  • Provide SEO analysis and recommendations
  • Coordinate the team’s work with the other SEO team’s requirements, priorities and workload
  • Be involved in the recruitment process for new team members
  • Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and development
  • You will need to have the ability to be hands-on and help out your team when the team workload requires it
  • Sourcing and managing agencies and freelancers

  •  Proven experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Management or leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) process
  • An ability to work to a brief with clear deadlines but also to work independently
  • Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytical tools including Google Analytics, SEMRush, AHrefs, as well as internal reporting tools
  •  Good analytical skills both technically and financially
  • Strong ability to lead and manage teams both in-house and outsourced
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
