Reporting to the Director of Product, The Content Lead will work closely with their content team to align and execute the Casino content strategy ensuring that market realities are taken advantage of, content production targets and priorities are reached across all Pods, while constantly optimising internal processes to ensure we have an efficient and effective content team.


  • Define requirements and resources associated with the content needs for each Pod
  • Assess the production of content pieces in line with KPIs and work with the team to address operational issues while driving for efficiency
  • Provide regular, constructive feedback regarding the quality of work produced by in-house content editors, freelancers, agencies and translators
  • Coordinate projects across the content layer and optimise campaigns using data and recommendations
  • Work alongside the Search Expert and Product Operations Manager to carry out cross-functional initiatives and address business needs

  • Report to the Director of Product on strategy and project development, timelines and results
  • Be the main point of contact for all content publishing platforms and our partners, sponsors or influencers on these platforms
  • Manage a team of Content Editors and be responsible for their recruitment, performance and development
  • Ensure the content team is aligned with other internal supporting departments and stakeholders
  • Keep pace with affiliate marketing and casino trends to promote innovation
  • Source, assess and manage agencies and freelancers, together with overall cost
  • Cooperate with internal stakeholders (sales and design)

  • Online content management experience
  • Experience and knowledge of SEO and search engine marketing
  • In depth knowledge of content publishing platform and their coverage in different markets
  • Ability to work in an efficient, mature and professional manner
  • Degree qualification in Communication, Journalism, or a related discipline (highly-regarded)
  • Minimum of five year’s professional experience in writing and publishing search engine optimised online content using Content Management Systems (WordPress experience highly-regarded)
  • Experience in iGaming or affiliate marketing industries as an asset
