We are currently looking to recruit the SEO Manager, who is going to take ownership of the execution of the overall SEO plans for the Catena Sports affiliate websites in the DACH region. If you are looking for a new challenge, we are waiting for you!


  • While working on the SEO Manager role, you will be ensuring continued health and growth of its SEO search rankings and traffic for Catena Sports to drive incremental revenue.

  • Create, implement and manage the SEO strategy for Catena Sports DACH to attain improved rankings and increase organic traffic 
  • Be responsible for the allocated SEO budget for Catena Sports DACH 
  • Monitor and report on rankings and traffic of Catena Sports DACH to the Head of SEO regularly, by measuring keyword positions, search volume, and overall site visibility and ranking using website analytics tools
  • Proactively analyse and identify organic search opportunities and recommend changes to the Head of SEO
  • Collaborate with in-house and remote product, content and development teams to prioritise and develop SEO improvements of Catena Sports DACH
  • Support content teams in the development and execution of the Catena Sports DACH content strategy to ensure that all content and copy meet SEO requirements 
  • Set up goals for, delegate tasks, and support your team members in their daily work 
  • As the team grows, participate in the recruitment and on-boarding of new team members 
  • Execute on offsite SEO work derived from SEO strategy set for Catena Sports
  • Execute keyword analysis for different markets 
  • Keep pace with SEO, social media and industry trends 
  • Handle other SEO related tasks as required

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience within digital marketing across SEO/SEM, marketing database, website, email, social media and/or digital advertising 
  • Experience working with websites with multiple market focus 
  • Experience working with SEO and website marketing 
  • Experience optimizing websites and landing pages with A/B and multivariate experiments 
  • Solid knowledge and work experience with website development processes 
  • Solid knowledge and work experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics and other industry standard SEO tools 
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking 
  • Excellent project planning and management skills
  • Fluent English + at least good German language knowledge
