SCOPE OF THE JOB

  • You will be responsible to assist our customers and help to resolve their inquiries by ensuring that issues are resolved accurately and promptly. This includes delivering to performance targets and providing quality service to external customers by giving timely responses to customers. You are our first-line customer support and responsible for handling and managing communication and correspondence with customers and our partners.
  • YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Handling correspondence and communication with customers through support channels - live chat, email, zendesk, twitter, facebook
  • Providing customer with additional information or explains services /casino brands, casino games, casino bonuses, etc.
  • Discussing products offered and ensures customer satisfaction
  • Reviewing and handling customer feedback and reviews /approval, editing and basic CMS administration
  • Creating and maintaining service reports
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and detailed feedback
  • TO DO THIS, YOU WILL NEED

  • Fluency in English and German
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Ability to multitask while focused on results
  • Awareness of high confidentiality of financial and personal information and to handle them appropriately
  • Knowledge of iGaming business will be considered as an advantage
  • Excellent with MS Office
