Catena Media is growing its marketing function in Malta and due to this, we are searching for a Junior PPC Specialist to support our creative bunch! We think that this opportunity is both challenging and rewarding if you are passionate about casino and delivering to performance targets. If you are, we would be thrilled for you to be part of our enthusiastic digital marketing team which includes PPC, Social, Native, Programmatic and other Display channels and territories.

SCOPE OF THE JOB:

  • In this position, you will be responsible for the keyword/target research and ad copy optimisation in Paid Search as well as programmatic, assisting our highly experienced PPC specialists in managing large value campaigns. Depending on experience, you will also be able to manage PPC campaigns from start to finish, from executing, optimising bid strategies and reporting for some of our products. This includes the plan, setting up, launching and owning campaigns with the aim to obtain growth, good quality of traffic and ensure that the ROI and volume targets are exceeded.
  • YOUR CHALLENGE:

  • Drive the keyword, Ad copy and implementation of digital advertising efforts across PPC to support awareness, engagement and conversion goals
  • Monitor and report campaign performance across markets and different marketing channels
  • Value the importance of optimisation and A/B testing to ensure we can learn and experience better results
  • Propose new and innovative ideas to continue optimising better results
  • Collaborate closely with our PPC and Programmatic specialists to ensure we deliver quality players to our partners
  • TO DO THIS, YOU WILL NEED:

  • To be effective in this role, you must be passionate about paid media especially on a bidding system and have a driving curiosity to constantly improve performance. You will be proficient in excel and able to spend hours analysing data. Having significant attention to detail and pride in your work to constantly achieve results is essential.

  • Degree in Marketing or Business would be considered an asset
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Media, such as AdOps, Programmatic, Social or PPC
  • Experience working with good monthly budgets and traffic volumes
  • Highly numerate, analytical with strong Excel skills
  • Able to multi-task on many campaigns whilst focusing on achieving results
  • Proactive, and always eager to take on new opportunities
  • Team player who understands and values the importance of being collaborative within the team
  • Excellent communication skills in English is essential
  • Target-driven with the inner drive to face challenges and deliver on results
  • Passionate about Digital Marketing, keeping up to date with the industry and latest tools to ensure we’re always at the forefront to reach our target audience
