  • We're looking for a Junior CRM Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team in our HQ in Malta. In this position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day, hands-on execution of email marketing programs in support of company and business unit objectives. Additionally, you will maintain a current understanding of email marketing best practices and apply them to the execution of our email campaigns.

  • Create and manage CRM campaigns, such as but no limited to newsletters, whats app send outs and push notifications
  • Take responsibility for activation, re-activation and retention
  • synchronise data between different systems
  • Customer communication, such as reply to emails and PM via facebook messenger and whats app
  • Moderation of social campaigns
  • Monitor and optimize existing customer journeys
  • Monitor commercial performance
  • Coordinate team of freelancers
  • Create and maintain links
  • Test new customer and bonus journey with new and existing partners

  • Native German language skills
  • A passion for sports
  • 1-2 years’ experience in an iGaming marketing setting preferred
  • Passionate about emails and understands direct marketing concepts
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability and desire to learn quickly
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction, while also functioning and contributing as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • A can do and positive attitude
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive, energetic personality; inquiring, investigative mind
  • igaming experience preferred
