  • You will build relationships, develop ideas, create wins for the business by delivering successful campaigns. This will be with some of the biggest digital brands in sports, access to millions of social users, tens of millions of impressions, TV studios, audio recording talent and the ambition to do whatever is necessary to deliver against a partners objectives, this is a role for someone massively ambitious. The role will be creative, commercial and have the ability to deliver new revenue streams.

  • Develop a proactive strategy to identify new ways to package media assets to ensure we achieve partner objectives
  • Develop a pipeline of new partners through liaison with media agencies, gaining briefs and developing innovative packages to win regular new partner accounts, either direct or through media agencies
  • Work across all aspects of the portfolio from creative solutions, sponsorship to programmatic video/display advertising. Develop key strategic relationships with media agencies and direct brands
  • Ensure that campaigns are executed correctly across the different departments
  • Build a pipeline of potential revenue streams to exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly targets
  • Provide regular reports to the Head of Commercial Development

  • Very entrepreneurial by nature
  • Strong experience in commercial development for a publishing company
  • Has a strong network of media agency contacts
  • Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills
  • Persuasive communication skills
  • Consider yourself a sports fanatic with knowledge of the sports media audience
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fun, and entrepreneurial environment
  • Self motivated team player with a can-do attitude
