  • The Head of Performance Marketing is responsible for all paid media spend across multiples channels and territories, and the ROI that the spend returns to the business. The role will lead a team in the UK to deliver positive ROI on all spend and lead teams/individuals in other territories as the footprint of the Sports Division increases. With a focus on developing exceptional teams, driving optimization throughout the funnel and the ability to get operational and run campaigns when necessary to support teams. The role is perfect for a candidate with an exceptional track record in delivery who is looking to build their international leadership skills and develop exceptional teams.

  • Responsibility for the delivery of all Performance targets within the Sports Division, utilizing all the key Performance Marketing channels
  • Maintain the required level of ROI on all channels through management of media, creative and by working together with other key stakeholders
  • To continually look for new Paid Media opportunities and help develop business plans for the company to test them
  • To help with forecasting, budgeting and long-term planning
  • To work alongside Head of Product (Sports) to ensure that every aspect of the conversion funnel is optimized
  • To work with our Reporting team to develop accurate reports, with a view of providing actionable data
  • Responsible for ensuring that all campaigns are CAP and UKGC compliant, working with our internal Compliance Team
  • To act as Leader to your team, and help them to continually develop and create a Performance Marketing mentality and culture
  • To work with key industry contacts (Google, Facebook, Twitter, Taboola et al.) to ensure outstanding relationships with all key suppliers.
  • To liaise with other Group entities to ensure that knowledge and learnings are shared and offer support where needed.
  • To develop Go To Market strategies for new products or taking existing products into new territories.

  • Experience of Performance Marketing in the affiliate industry
  • Have experience of leading a Performance Marketing team across different disciplines
  • Experience in either Gambling or Comparison sites is highly desirable
  • Practical interest in Sportsbook Gambling and knowledge of sports events/audiences
  • Experience of all aspects of the funnel from copy/creative, bidding strategies and reporting
  • Expert at optimization from both a bid and funnel conversion standpoint
  • Exceptional Leadership potential, with an understanding on how to build and develop teams that thrive on delivery and excellence
  • Excellent communication skills; you know how to communicate a message in the right context and tell a story, from Senior Management, team members and 3rd party partners
  • Proven analytical experience and demonstrable skills in turning data into actionable insights
