  • The SEO Manager takes ownership of the execution of the overall SEO plans for web properties of Catena Media Serbia, such as affiliate websites, ensuring continued health and growth of its SEO search rankings and traffic to drive incremental revenue.

  • Build and manage a growing team of SEO professionals
  • Set up goals for, delegate tasks, and support team members in their daily work 
  • As the team grows, participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
  • Be involved in the creation of the overall SEO strategy for web properties owned by Catena Media Serbia
  • Implement and manage the SEO strategy to attain improved rankings and increase organic traffic
  • Monitor and report on rankings and traffic by measuring keyword positions, search volume, and overall site visibility using website analytics tools
  • Proactively analyse and identify organic search opportunities and recommend changes to the SEO Strategy Lead to improve conversion and new growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with in-house and remote product, content and development teams to prioritize and develop SEO improvements of web assets (e.g., technical SEO, site architecture optimization, on-page and off-page optimization)
  • Support content teams in the development and execution of the content strategy to ensure that all content and copy meet SEO requirements
  • Execute keyword analysis for different markets
  • Keep pace with SEO, social media and industry trends

  • Strong experience within digital marketing across SEO/SEM, marketing database, website, email, social media and/or digital advertising
  • Management experience, including direct people management and budget management
  • Experience working with websites with multiple market focus
  • Experience working with SEO and website marketing
  • Experience optimizing websites and landing pages with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website development processes
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics and other industry standard SEO tools
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Excellent project planning and managerial skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate cross-functionally
  • Fluency in English
