We're looking for a Media Buying Lead to join our Digital Marketing team in our HQ in Malta. In this position, you will be responsible to reach our marketing targets through efficient online advertising in support of company and business unit objectives.


  • In this role, you will lead the paid media team ‘s performance for Brand, Social Media and Native campaigns. You will be responsible for the overall optimization of all advertising, together with Adserving and audience cookie collection.

  • Management of the media team, including AdOps
  • Management of programmatic prospecting and retargeting campaigns in order to reach our KPI’s, including strong ROI, by acquiring qualified audiences
  • Management of social media prospecting and retargeting campaigns including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc
  • Responsible for the brand creative production process for banners and videos
  • Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against agreed goals
  • To understand funnel conversion rates, identify channel effectiveness and distribute budget accordingly
  • Responsible to maintain the relationships with our Media contacts including third-party DSPs, large publishers etc
  • Maintain strong working relationships with our Sales, Product, SEO and Business Intelligence teams to synchronise our efforts, encourage innovation and continuous improvement
  • Assist with technical implementation, such as, trafficking and pixel set up

  • 4+ years of experience in a Performance Marketing such as Programmatic, Social Media positions or similar experience required
  • A proven record of success in optimising biddable campaigns
  • Good people’s manager ensuring the team is motivated and is keeping up to date on  the latest performance marketing tools
  • Good understanding of working with an ad-server preferably Google’s Campaign Manager
  • Experience with Adform, Google DV360 and Google AdX would be considered an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel;
  • Strong analytical and numeric skills, problem solving and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate and present analysis and results effectively
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet expected company deadlines
  • Be comfortable in a fast paced and international environment
