Catena Media helps casino operators to get new players by generating valuable traffic. Traditionally this has been achieved by organic SEO efforts alone. This is now complemented with paid marketing efforts such as PPC, social and programmatic. We're now looking to complement the marketing team with a key role; a Senior PPC Specialist.


  • In this position, you will be responsible for executing, optimising and reporting Paid Search and Social Media campaigns for some of our products. This includes the planning, setting up, launching and owning campaigns with the aim to obtain growth, good quality of traffic and ensure that the ROI and Volume targets are exceeded. Your main focus will include optimising Paid Search campaigns such as keyword/target research, display network advertising, bid strategies, and paid social across the best channels. You will also be a Senior to the PPC team and offering mentorship to the Junior members of the team.

  • Mentor, support and develop assigned members of the Digital Marketing team offering continuous learning
  • Motivate and inspire team members, creating a positive and motivating work environment
  • Actively manage the day to day activity of assigned team members, including coordination of annual leave and other absences
  • Lead by example in driving the desired culture for Digital Marketing with all internal and external stakeholders, building Catena Media’s reputation as an employer of choice
  • Participate and help support the team in forming effective paid search strategies
  • Regularly monitor KPIs of team by assessing performance of campaigns and pinpoint any issues
  • Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors
  • Drive the design, copy and implementation of digital advertising efforts across social and PPC to support awareness, engagement and conversion goals
  • Monitor and report campaign performance across markets and different marketing channels, providing insight as necessary
  • Ensure all online campaigns are trafficked well on our ad server and managed effectively and efficiently
  • Value the importance of optimisation and A/B testing to ensure we can learn and experience better results
  • Propose new and innovative ideas to continue optimising better results
  • Collaborate closely with our Sales Team to ensure we deliver quality players to our partners
  • Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends

  • Degree in Marketing or Business would be considered an asset
  • Minimum 3 years of experience from a similar role in PPC and/or Social Media
  • A proven track record of executing successful paid digital ad campaigns
  • Experience working with large monthly budgets
  • Highly numerate, analytical with strong Excel skills
  • Able to multi-task on many campaigns whilst focusing on achieving results
  • Proactive, and always eager to take on new opportunities
  • Team player who understands and values the importance of being collaborative within the team
  • Excellent communication skills in English is essential
  • Target-driven with the inner drive to face challenges and deliver on results
  • Passionate about Digital Marketing, keeping up to date with the industry and latest tools to ensure we're always at the forefront to reach our target audience
