We are currently looking for a Head of Compliance to join our offices in Sweden. The successful candidate will be engaging on a broad portfolio of legal compliance and risk matters. This position plays a crucial role in an international Compliance team supporting Catena Media's global operations and will suit a dynamic candidate, who is ready for the new challenge!


  • As the Head of Compliance for Catena, you will be responsible for informing, advising and monitoring all areas of legal compliance matters across the business. You will be providing guidance, training and support on a broad variety of compliance issues in the existing verticals. You will be also responsible for leading and engaging our Compliance team.

  • Managing the compliance team
  • Leading Catena Media's policy and process development, risk assessments, education, communication and monitoring
  • Supporting Catena’s sales/marketing and M&A teams on legal compliance diligence and risk areas
  • Managing and advising on regulatory requests and queries
  • Ensuring that policies are updated to meet changing regulatory and business requirements
  • Supporting the business on audits covering legal compliance and advising on other areas of compliance, as required
  • Developing and implementing tools/programming/training/communications that promote a good and sound culture of compliance
  • Developing and delivering training to educate employees on a broad range of ethics and legal compliance topics
  • Keeping informed on regulatory bodies, divisional, risk standards & business changes
  • Leading and building a high-performing & engaged team of compliance professionals

  • Experience in advising on legal and compliance matters
  • Previous experience from a large law firm and/or a publicly listed company
  • The ability to manage a high volume of work and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Solution focus with strong work ethic
  • To be a team player and relationship builder with excellent interpersonal, communication, diplomacy, organisational and time management skills
  • Willingness to up skill in areas outside core competencies
  • The ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of business functions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
