We are currently looking for HR Business Partner to join our team. This role is going to give you a lot of exposure on number of stakeholders and teams, with whom you would be cooperating on a day to day basis.


  • The HR Business Partner will work closely with the senior leaders to develop an HR agenda that closely supports the overall aims of the assigned teams/location. The Business Partner, through a customer centric approach, will share the responsibility for the goals and targets delivery.

  • Act as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit/geographic area
  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance and support
  • Proactively support the delivery of HR Processes to their client group
  • Manage complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally
  • Build a strong business relationship with their internal client
  • Actively identify gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks
  • Drive learning and development initiatives and plans with client group
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit key talent for the internal client
  • Guide and advise the managers to bring best solutions for employees
  • Act as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and addresses grievances
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Provide HR policy guidance
  • Help to monitor the company’s culture through our values to support the attainment of the company’s goals and promote employee engagement
  • Provide reporting and data as required to HR Director or management
  • Ensure compliance with local legal requirements
  • Maintain employee related systems
  • Challenge the organisational structure of the internal client and proposes changes
  • Work with Group HR functions, drawing on their expertise to support business needs

  • Previous HR Business Partner or Generalist experience
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Business studies an advantage
  • Self-belief in personal ability to make a difference to the business
  • Belief in the value of the HR function
  • Confidence to have a strong point of view and express it even if it proves unpopular
  • Knowledge and experience of the business and its intricacies and an ability to communicate in business terms
  • An ability to build long-term, trusting relationships with clients and with HR colleagues
  • A focus on delivering business outcomes through making best use of the whole HR function and acting as a strong role-model for the rest of the team
