  • You will be supporting our hiring managers with the full life cycle recruitment for a variety of technology and technically based positions within the company. This position considers that you understand HR processes and the ways HR is supporting and servicing business needs. Communication and cooperation with hiring managers within the company is crucial for creating meaningful relationships and managing expectations. It will be your responsibility to successfully identify, recruit and hire top talent for Catena Media teams. 

  • Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts; manage the recruitment life-cycle.
  • Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization; proactive sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
  • Handing the new employee over to On-boarding process and Induction workshops.
  • Use social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs and proactively initiate contact with potential candidates.
  • Develop recruitment programs related to conferences, meetups and IT networking events.
  • Participate in employment events, such as career fairs and recruitment or industry conferences.
  • Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and manage the procurement and measurement process.
  • Research technology/recruiting trends, track the external market for high caliber candidates, make salary recommendations and more.
  • Assists with the development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align with the strategic goals of the company.
  • Assists in developing HR goals and objectives.

  • Bachelors degree in social sciences
  • Min 1 year of equivalent experience within the field of TA
  • Experience in developing relationships with hiring managers in a busy hiring climate
  • Familiar with tools like Applicant Tracking System, LinkedIn Recruiter, and similar products to source various profiles of candidates
  • Previous involvement in employer branding events and conferences and networking 
  • Experience working in a fast paced and multicultural environment
  • Experience working within, or for, a technology company
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hands on approach with positive & “can do” attitude
  • Versatile and proactive in problem solving
