We are currently looking for the Global HR Business Partner Manager who will be responsible for managing and coordinating the HR Business Partners globally, guiding and coaching them and ensuring global consistency in the HR operational approach.


  • This role needs to maintain a high level of business literacy to be able to substantively contribute to the achievement of the business targets. This role will work closely with the Group HR team, ensuring the Group HR practices, policies, processes and tools are implemented effectively into the business.

  • Manage, coach and mentor HR Business Partners globally
  • Manage Malta HR and Payroll Administrator
  • Review and approve global payroll reports
  • Set targets and metrics to drive performance and deliverables of HR Business Partners
  • Act as escalation point for any employee relations issues or other issues from HRBP’s
  • Provide weekly business updates to CHRO
  • Deliver solutions that improve processes and team dynamics
  • Coordinate global BP operations, ensuring consistency and standardization across all geographic locations
  • Participation in/leadership of global HR projects
  • Provide global HR reporting as and when needed to CHRO, finance or other stakeholders
  • Act as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the assigned business area/function
  • Proactively support the delivery of HR Processes to their client group
  • Build a strong business relationship with their internal client
  • Drive learning and development initiatives and plans with client group
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit key talent for the internal client
  • Act as the performance improvement driver and provoke positive changes in the people management
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Provide HR policy guidance
  • Help to monitor the company’s culture through our values to support the attainment of the company’s goals and promote employee engagement
  • Ensure compliance with local legal requirements
  • Maintain employee related systems
  • Challenge the organisational structure of the internal client and proposes changes
  • Work with Group HR functions, drawing on their expertise to support business needs
  • Help develop effective leaders within the organization

  • Strong business understanding and acumen
  • Proven leadership skills and experience
  • Business studies (would be an advantage)
  • Ability to balance business needs and HR focus
  • Solutions focused approach
  • Coaching experience (would be an advantage)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong influencing ability
